Return & Cancel Policy
All products by PAWS Creations are for the sole purpose for which they are offered. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order. You are responsible for inspecting your products after you have received them. Absolutely no refunds or returns will be accepted after 7 days from date of delivery.
- All orders are shipped: F.O.B. Origin (The risk of damage, loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to the Buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier). See Shipping Policy.
Shipping Damage and Claims
Please inspect your package IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, including the shipping box for any damage!
We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by the carrier. If your items have been damaged during shipment it is your responsibility to:
- Document all shipping damage and take pictures (including the shipping box) as this will help with your claim.
- Make sure you save all your packaging (shipping box, bubble wrap, etc) for inspection by the shipping carrier as this will make your claim process go more smoothly.
- Contact the shipping carrier to report and file your claim.
Note: We cannot issue a refund or ship a replacement until the shipping carrier resolves the claim. If they deny your claim then no refund or replacement will be issued.
- Contact PAWS Creations with the claim number, pictures and damage information. We will then contact the carrier and request a package pick-up if needed and the product returned to us.
Custom Made Products
All products (this excludes the water bottles and stainless steel bowls) made by PAWS Creations are considered Custom ordered by you and made just for you.
- Custom orders are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
- We keep no stock and each order is individually made for the customer who ordered it.
- If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to Contact Us either by email or a phone call.
No returns are accepted for any orders unless the product is received back in the same condition it shipped to you. No returns are accepted for any items advertised on our Special Deals page.
All products manufactured by PAWS Creations are for Indoor Use Only.

Your order must be canceled by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (336-421-0876) by 10am Eastern Standard Time the next day after your order was placed. Orders canceled after that will be subject to a 50% of entire purchase price stocking fee. Please provide all the information needed for us to cancel your order.

Special Deals Orders
No returns or refunds are accepted for any items advertised in this category.
No returns or refunds are accepted unless the bottle is defective. Each and every bottle is checked before shipment to ensure that the rubber gasket is in place (located in the cap). Make sure your gasket is in place; otherwise your bottle will leak continually. See our FAQ’s section for more water bottle information.
No returns or exchanges are accepted on any product for international orders. Please contact us should you have a question or problem at email@example.com.
Please follow these simple steps to avoid any delay in processing your return.
Specific Return Procedures:
1. CONTACT US INFORMATION
- All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued before being returned. To obtain an RMA number please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 336-421-0876.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15-days only from date of issue. Merchandise returned displaying no RMA#, expired RMA # or invalid RMA# will NOT be accepted.
2. PACK IT
- All returns must be accompanied with your original Sales Order statement.
- All items returned for a refund must be in new, unused, undamaged and complete condition. They must be returned in the same condition they shipped. Include all original packing (original box, protection packaging material, documentation, paperwork, etc). We carefully inspect all returned packages upon receipt before issuance of refunds or exchanges.
- Packages returned incomplete, used or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions.
3. MARK THE BOX
- Clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the shipping box. This will expedite your return and/or exchange.
- Merchandise returned displaying no RMA#, expired RMA# or invalid RMA # will not be accepted.
4. SEND / SHIP IT
- All return merchandise must be shipped to us pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price of the products.
- Items returned C.O.D. will be refused and not accepted.
- Items must be returned shipped via a traceable means such as: Fed Ex or UPS.

PAWS Creations is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms.
- We are not responsible for any losses that occur during the original shipment to you or in the return shipment to us.
- We are not responsible for any merchandise that is not returned in accordance with the Specific Return Procedures as outlined above.
- For all prices and products we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, shipping rate increases, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.
- Although every precaution is taken, some errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors or make any changes we deem necessary without notice.
Terms of Sale
- Buyer ~ F.O.B. Origin (The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier).
- Buyer ~ Prepays shipping charges.
- Buyer ~ Owns goods in transit.
- Buyer ~ Files claims (if any).
We try hard to serve all our customers. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but regretfully that is just not possible. Thank you for understanding and honoring our return policies.
